Service Schedule 2024

Effective January 1, 2024

Unless expressly included in the initial scope of work and agreement entered into between and the client, the services and rates detailed on this website, or any other publication or communication, are to be considered as "Out-of-Scope Services". Any such Out-of-Scope Services shall be undertaken on written request from the client.

Upon mutual agreement for the provision of Out-of-Scope Services, such services will be billed in accordance with the rates specified on this website or as otherwise communicated by Socialprise. This will be in addition to the fees for services already detailed within the initial scope of work and agreement.

It remains the responsibility of the client to review and understand the rates and implications of requesting Out-of-Scope Services. Written documentation, which may include emails, signed statements of work, or other written communication, confirming the client’s approval for any Out-of-Scope Services shall be maintained by both parties. Socialprise expressly reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify, amend, or revise the charges outlined herein at any time and without prior notice. Clients are advised to periodically review these charges to stay informed of any changes.

Entire Agreement and Governing Terms

The contract and scope of work executed between the parties constitute the entire agreement and understanding, setting forth the complete terms and conditions pertaining to your engagement with Socialprise. Any representations, promises, or conditions not explicitly addressed therein shall have no force or effect unless subsequently put into writing and duly agreed by both parties.
